Booking Classes

All class bookings will open 3 days prior to the class starting time.

Class Capacity

Classes are capped at 12 people per class. These caps are in place to ensure the safety of our members and allows for everybody to have enough equipment and space to perform the workout as desired.

Waiting List

If somebody cancels their spot in a class, the next person in line on the waitlist will automatically be added to the class unless this occurs inside the cancellation window. Inside the cancellation window, everybody on the waiting list will receive an email and at that point whoever books first gets the spot.

Sign-In

Please ensure you sign yourself into class or open gym. If you are unsure how to do this, please ask your coach. Please do not arrive at the gym without a class reservation because if the class is full, you will be turned away.

Pricing

There is a one-time joining fee of €30 that you can pay in cash during your 1st class, or online in order to become a member.

We are offering classes through credits. You can check the different prices for the plans we offer and our drop-in options as well directly on our app or on our Plans & Pricing page.

Credits are non-transferrable, and cannot be shared with, gifted, or sold to another member. Unused credits don't transfer over to the following month and cannot be redeemed for monetary reimbursement.

Important: All sales for monthly memberships are final, and payments made for a monthly plan cannot be redeemed for reimbursement if the member doesn't complete the course of their monthly plan. A notice period of a week minimum is required from a member for their monthly plan and payment to be canceled before the next cycle begins.

Important: Members must complete a full month of credits on their existing plan before changing it to a plan with a lower value. Members can top-up their existing plan to a higher value rate at any stage during the month, by paying the monetary difference, but the risk of having leftover unused credits at the end of the credit cycle is the member's sole responsibility.

Credits Classes (monthly) & Drop in 1x or 2x in a week

You can choose any plans in our app to join in our gym. With the 2x per week plan, you will have 9 credits to use during a month. With the 3x per week plan, you have 14 credits to use during a month. You can use your credits at anytime within a month for Cross Training classes. Every month, your plan will start again with the same initial amount of credits.

If you want to train on additional days during the same month, you will need to buy a €15 drop-in to join additional classes.

Freezing Membership

The membership can be paused for a fee of €15 per freezing period, for a minimum of 1 week and a maximum of 1 month of absence. You can freeze your membership at anytime in cash or with this link online.

The freezing fee must be paid for ahead of time with a minimum of 1 week notice to Stoneybatter Cross Training. Unused credits due to an unpaid absence will be considered forfeited, and cannot be redeemed for monetary reimbursement.

FREEZING PRICING DISCOUNT RANGE:

  • Freezing 1 Week (5-10 days) = 25% off next monthly payment

  • Freezing 2 Weeks (11-16 days) = 50% off next monthly payment
